The National Progressive Schools’ Conference (NPSC) Cooperative Group Housing Society was born in the premises of Guru Harkrishan Public School India Gate , New Delhi comprising teachers of various Schools. The Society was registered under the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act 1972 and was allotted Registration No 839 (GH) on 05 November 1983. Having been allotted land by the Delhi Development Authority in the year 1996, the society embarked on construction of a residential complex (3 BHK+ Store comprising 109.15 Sq Mtr) at Plot 5, Sector 2, Dwarka, New Delhi 110075 in the year 1997. On completion of the project the flats in all four blocks (A, B, C & D) were allotted to the members in the draw conducted by DDA and the Office of the Registrar Cooperative Societies on 28 August 2004 and subsequent draws.

The Society is run by a duly elected Managing Committee (13 Members) as per DCS Act and Rules. NPSC CGHS Ltd is a fully compliant Society with timely Audits and Smooth Day to Day Administration. The welfare of the residents is the top priority.
