NPSC CGHS Ltd is a gated well administered Society under an elected Managing Committee (MC) with greenery all around. With 203 flats in four blocks, the MC of the Society is proud of its Key Result Areas and they are Clear Communication with the Members, Effective Governance, an effective Financial Management, always on look out for Maintenance and Repairs and indulge in Community engagement by organizing social events on Independence Day, Republic Day, Holi and other religious festivals with an active participation of ladies and children, to foster a sense of belonging and pride.

The Managing Committee is elected after every three years and the new Team takes over from where the old one had left in a congenial atmosphere with willing participation from one and all.

The Society has a state of art Fire Fighting System with an efficient alarm system supervised by one of the residents. The NOC is valid till 2025 given by the Fire Department of the Delhi Government.
